VALUES
CONSIDERATION
“….thoughtful of the rights and feelings of others…”
Being considerate means showing thoughtfulness and care for others. It's about being mindful of people's feelings, needs, and circumstances, and acting in ways that are respectful and empathetic. A considerate person pays attention to how their actions affect others and makes an effort to be kind and accommodating.
COMPASSION
“….sympathetic consciousness of others' distress together with a desire to alleviate it…”
Compassion is the ability to recognize suffering in others and feel a deep desire to alleviate it. It involves empathy, kindness, and a willingness to take action to support or comfort those who are struggling. Unlike mere sympathy, which is feeling sorrow for someone's hardships, compassion often includes an element of proactive care or understanding.

RESPECT
“…an act of giving particular attention...”
Respect is the act of valuing and treating someone or something with dignity, consideration, and fairness. It involves acknowledging others' rights, feelings, beliefs, and boundaries, even when they differ from your own. True respect is more than just polite behavior—it reflects a deeper recognition of the worth and autonomy of individuals and communities.
INTEGRITY
“…firm adherence to a code of especially moral or artistic values…”
Integrity is the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles. It means staying true to your values, even when faced with challenges or temptations. A person with integrity acts consistently with honesty, fairness, and accountability, whether or not anyone is watching. It’s often seen as a foundation for trust and credibility in both personal and professional relationships.
